For abstract authors • Do not miss Early Early Bird

Coordinate your abstract submission and registration

Submit your abstract early and register by 15 January 2027 to take advantage of the Early Early Bird fees. Abstracts are reviewed progressively by the Scientific Committee, helping authors plan their participation without waiting for the final abstract deadline.

Follow the prompt review processAcceptance decisions are communicated on a rolling basis.

Day visitor (non-author): €400. Accompanying person: €200 (Conference Dinner not included).

One-year IAHR membership: Base €105, Senior €53, Young Professional €26. Reduced fees for eligible low-income countries: €53, €26 and €13 respectively.

Additional events: Conference Dinner €120 per person; Young Professional Night €40 per person (VAT included).

VAT: Registration fees include VAT for Institution / Public Administration and Research / Academia. Industry registrations are subject to an additional 22% VAT. See the registration form for applicable terms and eligible-country information.

The ongoing review of abstracts is designed to help submitting authors receive decisions in time to benefit from Early Early Bird registration whenever possible. Submit early to allow sufficient time for the review process.

One conference registration may be associated with one contribution (abstract, paper or poster). Please plan registration accordingly if submitting multiple contributions.
